Naavek was started by people who watched construction projects fail the same way, over and over. There had to be a better model.
The problem
The problem was always information, not people
AEC projects don't fail because teams aren't skilled. They fail because requirements, decisions, and deliverables are never meaningfully connected. We built Naavek to fix the information structure, not just add another tool to the stack.
We're a small, focused team of engineers, AEC practitioners, and systems thinkers working toward a world where no building project loses its brief mid-delivery.
Our thesis
AEC project delivery fails at the information layer. Requirements scatter, decisions disappear, and accountability dissolves. The fix isn't cultural, it's structural. An AEC Data Graph gives every piece of information a home and a relationship to every other piece.
